Erm, please deposit $10000 in my bank account, then go find
the person at the customer who removed everything by mistake
and is not owning up to it.
Seriously a few more details might help! There is absolutely
nothing to go on in what you wrote. Look in the system log
for messages for starters. Chances are the filesystem got
shutdown on them for some reason - although an accidental
rm -r -f is not really impossible.
