since you only have three files it shouldn't be too bad, chances are
only one file starts in an ag boundary and will have XFSB and you seem
to have found that so try the only two remain options

you need to get the files of sanely, if fsck.msdos won't do it that might
be hard and/or impossible

xfs_repair will scan the fs for other sb's and things early so you
should know if you are on the right track --- if not switch the order
and retry
