I thought you switched the laptop mode XFS patches to USER_HZ to
avoid this issue Bart?

Shouldn't be a big deal to switch (and certainly more user friendly).
What's the right way to convert milli/centiseconds into jiffies for
subsequent use in time_before()/schedule_timeout()?
