For repair, please get the latest packages from oss, I'm building them now
and they should be available in about an hour. See if repair completes
correctly, and if the problem returns (or if repair still
fails) please update the bug.
Also, from below you have messages about sd(8,7) shutting down, but you
posted xfs_info from sda6, I think.
