This is the 2nd time I've seen someone with this problem in the last couple
of weeks; however it's a tricky one to diagnose, because it's essentially
XFS coming along and noticing something that went wrong previously.
Was there anything like the "XFS internal error XFS_WANT_CORRUPTED_GOTO"
message on the original shutdown, or did you only see that during log recovery?
Is the log still in this state? Getting an image of the log might be helpful.
What is happening here is that XFS is trying to free an extent and finds
that a portion of that extent is already marked as free.
What was the box doing when this happened? It's probably too much to hope
for a reproducable test case... :)
