Hmm... not sure at exactly the problem here but I'll punt that
the configure script is trying to test-compile some source which
does a #include <xfs/xfs_fs.h> ... that should be <xfs/libxfs.h>.

(dim light bulb flicks on... this has something to do with quota
doesn't it?  too long ago now for me to remember the details, but
that'll be the only thing Samba needs to know specific to XFS).
