When the RAID5 array is built with a chunk-size of 4 (KB) (page size)
AND the mounting process is allowed to sleep at least 1 second
after the creation of the xfs fs, then the BUG does NOT happen.
If, OTOH, the mounting process is NOT allowed to sleep after creating
the fs, then it sleeps on down() in pagebuf_iowait() indefinitely!!!
(which was called by xfs_bwrite())
You can try this by using the scrips provided, by commenting and
uncommenting the sleep 3 invocation before the mount.
So, apparently the BUG is hit when the chunk size is greater than
the page size.
And the uninterruptible sleep when the xfs creator and the mounting
process is the same one and not allowed to sleep in between.
