The bug fixed in http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=linux-xfs&m=103001217021455&w=2 seems to have come back. An XFS root mounted partition returns always true on all files with "test -x". Non-root mounted XFS partitions are OK. At first sight the patch discussed in http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=linux-xfs&m=103001217021455&w=2 seems to be in place. The bug seems to only trigger autofs-with-filemaps failures (as autofs checks the bit for deciding whether the files are maps or programs). ldap based autofs or non-autofs setups let the bug pass unobserved.
