Hi Andrew,

I'll report this as an SGI bug for our xfsdump person to look at.

Looking at the code, you should have received an error message
as well which would output the value which made the assertion
fail:
    mlog( MLOG_NORMAL | MLOG_INV,
          "INV : Unknown version %d - Expected version %d \n",
          (int) ( (invt_counter_t *)(*cntpp))->ic_vernum,
          (int) INV_VERSION );
Could you please send us this output.
Also, could you run xfsdump with -v5 and send us the output.
If it is a large dump then just send the output from the 
beginning and the end near the failure.
