XFS error messages have different levels, although in practice they
almost all turn into just a printk. icmn_err() didn't know about
CE_WARN though, and so it printed out a rather cryptic message
that's probably not very helpful. Add CE_WARN to the cases so it
just turns into a printk like the others. Also added CE_WARN to
cmn_err for consistency, although this won't change behavior at all.
teach icmn_err about CE_WARN
