This adds XFS and pagebuf debugging back in, under $CONFIG_EXPERIMENTAL,
along with some help text that tells you not to enable them. ;-) I just
got tired of having to tweak Config.in every time I neede a debug kernel.
Also moves CONFIG_XFS_RT under $CONFIG_EXPERIMENTAL since it's really
not ready for general use.
Finally, rename some of the XFS sub-options so they don't all start with
"XFS..." - this makes the hotkeys work a bit better in menuconfig.
