Too many calls into a transaction path when unlocking an
inode, we only need to do this is we are unlocking the
ilock.

Workarea: jen.americas.sgi.com:/src/lord/xfs-linux.2.4
The following file(s) were checked into:
bonnie.engr.sgi.com:/isms/slinx/2.4.x-xfs
Modid: 2.4.x-xfs:slinx:121116a
linux/fs/xfs/xfs_iget.c - 1.160
- If we are not dropping the ilock there is no need to call the
transaction system.
