rubbish, both Mandrake and SuSE have modified thier own installers to
support XFS installation, I also rewrote the fs handling code in
debian's boot-floppies to support XFS (though they don't ship a XFS
flavor by default atm, others can compile one trivially and without code
alteration).
if redhat's customers want a feature (XFS installation) its very much
redhat's job to provide it (or just say no, in which case its still
not SGI's job).
