The xfs-1.1-2.4.18-4RH.patch.bz2 backs out many of the changes of -ac/-rh
vs mainline in the files changed by XFS (kmem_shrink_nr, sync_one fix,
dynamic files init).

Also mark_page_accessed is introduced where touch_page should be used,
this might cause bad VM balancing.

Cosmetic notes:  Red Hat never bzip's patches (it's poinless as the RPM
itself is compressed), also patches are always named linux-<version>-*.patch,
in addition splitting kdb out of the XFS patch looks cleaner.

BTW: the changelog mentions openssl stuff,  this is a) not in the RPM and b)
has a license incompatible with GPL.
