Yes XFS supports online fs enlarging - but shrinking has not been 
immplemented.

I'm unsure what you are after here.  SGI AFAIK has a commercial clusterXFS 
product - I believe much in the same idea as OpenGFS.

Maybe some others on the mailing list can give some more information.
