Even after a mkfs.xfs, old filesystem signatures could still be on the disk,
and mount or parted's heuristics could fail when determining fs type.
This change zeros the first 68k and last 64k on the device, which should
remove all known traces of prior filesystems.
o Swap signature, ext[2,3], reiserfs, and ext2 in first 64k
o MD superblock in last 64k
