You may want to also look at Razor:

http://razor.sourceforge.net/

I installed it yesterday and it caught all but one spam through this
morning (which ended up being caught by the anti-8-bit mail procmail
rule from spamdunk.)  So for the 10-overnight spams, that's a 90%
success rate so far.
