TAKE - Correct find next bit on 64 bit architectures

The "find next bit" code has been changed recently (copied from
reiserfs), it fails on architectures where sizeof(int) != sizeof(long).
This explains why IA64 XFS recovery was failing, it may explain
problems on other 64 bit platforms.
