Hmm, the only suggestion I have right now is to do a make clean and a
complete kernel rebuild. I did find a couple of instances where code
was not getting rebuilt in my tree which lead to problems. Following
this do an xfs_repair -n on the device and send me the output - this
will not touch the disk. You could also run xfs_check on the device
and send that output.
