If XFS is built in then xfsidbg is controlled by the state of
CONFIG_KDB_MODULES. xfsidbg can be omitted (CONFIG_KDB_MODULES == n), built
in (CONFIG_KDB_MODULES == y) or a module (CONFIG_KDB_MODULES == m).
If XFS is a module then xfsidbg can be omitted (CONFIG_KDB_MODULES == n) or a
module (CONFIG_KDB_MODULES == y or m).
