There's a line in there before "curspace" is used which
converts from bytes to 1K blocks ("curspace >>= 10;"),
and we set blocksize to 1K for both VFS quota versions
... is that approach too simple?  (do I need to do the
FIOQSIZE thing or something more complex like that?)
