Umask bug in the Installer - Solved?

Hello:

This is with reference to the RHL-XFS 1.0.1 installer which created
files under /etc with world read/write perms and one had to run the
fix-perms.sh script to restore sane permissions.

Has this issue been resolved in the Installer ISO?
