The message "log has mismatched uuid" means that the uuid stored
in the log isn't equal to that saved in the superblock. Could you
try printing out the SB with xfs_db ('sb', 'print') and the log
with xfs_logprint -t ?

This shouldn't happen unless you're using a mismatched external
log.
