It's early Saturday morning, so other than me - probably not.
Tim/Andrew should be able to get this in on Monday.

The FILE_OFFSET_BITS problem is odd ... will need investigating.
I think it should be safe in the acl package to switch that
option off though... I'll need to look into the others, & see if
I can remember why it was switched on originally.
