This bug didn't produce a hang perse.  I would get the
error from before, and the box would continue to operate.
The next time I would try to access any of the fibre channel
luns then things would start to hang (the window) because all
the processes would get stuck in diskwait.  Rebooting was the
only solution to clean this up.
