xfsdump/xfsprogs libtoolized

I've been working to libtoolize the XFS userspace commands and to get the
installation correct when using RPM.  Would someone please try this stuff on a
debian installation?  I'd like to know that the libraries build and link okay,
and if someone could checkout the dpkg packaging.

This affects the things in the cmd/xfsdump and cmd/xfsprogs dirs.  I have a
patch at (or maybe it'll get there in a few minutes)
