XFS inode timestamps were getting lost on nfs exported filesystems,
this is because nfs assumes the inode fields are gospel and does
not pay attention to the revalidate method.

Workarea: jen.americas.sgi.com:/src/lord/xfs-linux.2.4
The following file(s) were checked into:
bonnie.engr.sgi.com:/isms/slinx/2.4.x-xfs
Modid: 2.4.x-xfs:slinx:92092a
linux/fs/xfs/xfs_inode.c - 1.313
- Always update linux inode timestamps when updating xfs internal
timestamps, this is needed for nfs server support.
