Description :
When getting a table of contents of a dump, xfsrestore will
fail if the current directory is not an xfs filesystem. This
failure doesn't seem necessary, and should be avoided if
possible.

[root@cfs sky]# xfsrestore -t -f xfs-root.dump
xfsrestore: version 3.0 - Running single-threaded
xfsrestore: ERROR: Current directory not XFS: /home/sky

This bug also affects the IRIX version of xfsrestore, but since
XFS is the predominant filesystem on IRIX, this bug is rarely
seen.
