We are removing the kiobuf based I/O path from the xfs development
tree. This is being done due to the direction being taken in the
Linux community with block layer changes, at the moment support for
getting this code into other kernels is non-existent. Other
approaches to large size I/O requests are being worked on,
once one emerges, support for it will be added to XFS.
The code has been checked in to cmd/xfsmisc/kiobuf_io.patch
to allow people who want to to reapply the patch.
