2.4.1-ac2 merge ?

Hi,

I noticed one issue on my 2.4-XFS kernels...
It was fixed in Alan's series - 2.4.1-ac2

What i have in mind is:
o       Fix datagram hang on shutdown                   (Alexey Kuznetsov)

It is very important for me,  so , will
CVS XFS tree  be merged with  -ac kernel ?

or maybe until 2.4.2 comes ?
