        - add some checks to make sure we have headers we need for a build.

cmd/quota/repquota.c - 1.10
        - -v flag now prints out users who haven't used any inodes/blks yet -
          confused Ivan & myself till poking thru the code revealed a filter
          on this condition.

cmd/xfsprogs/configure.in - 1.2
cmd/xfsprogs/include/builddefs.in - 1.3
        - we lost the check for uuid.h at some point, add back in cos its
          important.
