Since we have a bunch of changes outside the xfs code itself, the 
simplest way to do this would be to take the xfs cvs development tree
(which is 2.4.0-test10 based) and apply a ReiserFS patch to this tree.
You will almost certainly get conflicts in the fs/Makefile and 
include/linux/fs.h files since we probably land right on top of each
other. However, these should be fairly simple to resolve - you will
just need both sets of code.
