Since we have hooks into the VM, I expect this one to be more like minor
brain surgery than an appendectomy. You need to watch out for the PG_delalloc
flag on pages - there are calls into pagebuf to deal with these pages as
they cannot be directly written to disk. There is a proposed extension to
the VM in test9 where the filesystem will get a flush call when the VM
wants to write out a page, this is where the real fun is.
