View Incident: http://co-op.engr.sgi.com/BugWorks/code/bwxquery.cgi?search=Search&wlong=1&view_type=Bug&wi=801763 Submitter : dxm Submitter Domain : engr Assigned Engineer : dxm Assigned Domain : engr Assigned Group : ptg Category : software Customer Reported : F Priority : 2 Project : xfs Status : open Description : On log mount failure, xfs_log_mount follows this code path: xfs_log_mount xlog_alloc_log xlog_recover (fails) xlog_unalloc_log set bit in log->l_flags where the bit is set in the log structure which has just been freed. This bug could potentially corrupt data, but is presumably infrequently excercised, hence the priority. This bug is also present in linux-xfs. |
