Trying to keep kdb code the same inside and outside the XFS tree.
Needed to hack a bit to handle the XFS only kiobuf field in struct
request. Remove all references to STRUCT_REQUEST_HAS_KIOBUF if the
kiobuf changes are merged into base kernel.
