I've removed cmd/xfs/sim from the tree, and any pseudo-inc
headers still depending on it. Also did a little cleaning
of pseudo-inc to remove the sim dependencies still there.
The remaining de-SIMing work (kernel, lots) will have to
wait till after the beta starts, in the interests of code
stability (not that anything should break).
