BUG 799752 - failed mount leaves entry in uuid table

Description :
a failed mount (ie because log mount failed) will leave
an entry in the uuid table. If the mount is retried, the
uuid will be recreated due to the "already mounted" FS
with the same uuid.

Also, if the uuid is recreated for a FS with an external
log, the log mount will fail since the uuid in the footer
does not match the new uuid created.
