Description :
The irix makedev and associated macros are being
sourced from pseudo-inc/sys/sysmacros.h. They're
still needed to interpret the device numbers as
stored on disk, but really need to be renamed so
as to distinguish the different types of device
numbers. They should also be moved out of pseudo-inc
as they're going to persist since the on-disk
format can't change.
