Do you mean the file was missing for real, or some command sequences
were not finding it? Did you try a make from scratch with the modified
code?
The creation of this file itself could be influenced by the directory bug (this
is speculation to a certain extent, I have not traced through the split include
code.
Unfortunately I am currently being dragged in other directions by management,
I have to go work on a different project for a while, so my XFS on Linux time
will be limited. Hopefully someone else can pick this one up soon.
