This morning my system spontaneously rebooted, possibly due to a power
surge or similar problem, but I am not sure of the cause (there was
nothing at all in the system log).

After xfs recovery, with the main filesystem unmounted I ran
xfs_repair, which fixed one disconnected inode and another inode with
0 link count.

One of these inodes (as a file in /lost+found) contained data from the
cups printer log, with the last entry dated 9 AM this morning (a
couple of hours before the problem). There is no reason why the log
would have been written to at the time of the reboot.

Anything unusual or suspect here?
