10 GIG hard drive partitioning

I'm going to reinstall my Gentoo linux from scratch and asking
for the expert advice on the sizes, number and journal sizes of those
partitions. From information I read it is still very confusing. I
understand that much of it depends on what am I going to do with the
system. Nothing in particular, mail, news, webserver ( only for
developing and testing of websites). It will be linux only system.
So, if you were me, how would you do it? Thanks. ( of course I am
talking
about XFS).
