I don't think it is implemented now. But I can be wrong :)
You could try JFS as alternative. It is journaling filesystem from IBM,
but AFAIR it doesn't support ACLs (but it will). It was based on OS/2
JFS. It has option to do case insensitive filesystem - this is option of
mkfs. But I can't tell you anything about stability - for now I use
ext2/XFS only.
I don't think it is possible to do it mount option for any fs:
1. mount case sensitive
2. echo "ala" > test
3. echo "bebe" > TEST
4. remount case insensitive
5. cat test -> ??? what should it output ???
BTW. for XFS it should be also mkfs option. If it is kernel dependent
what will happen if you put disk to computer with kernel configured in
other way?
