QA tests on sparc

FWIW, I'm on the task of improving a bit XFS for the ultrasparc
arquitecture. Right know, I'm using the kernel and the usersparc tools
from the CVS.

The kernel compiles properly and so do the userland tools.

I've just runned the QA tests, and more than half of them failed for
diferente reasons (such as not implemented ioctls, invalid arguments,
and bus errors). I hope I can make mutch of this bugs dissapear. Right
know, the only tests that finnished properly are:
001-007,011,013-017,029-030,033,045,069-070.
