We have been having some problems with the machine that does the
conversion/push to oss.

Everything appears to be functioning normally now so the 
tree should be complete.

NOTE NOTE NOTE
the cmds have been moved to it's own repository (actually it's been this
internally for quite some time) 
The xfs commands can now be obtained via
cvs co xfs-cmds
