Somehow the prefix /usr/local got set when building the cmds for the 1.2
release. New freshly build cmds from a freshly checkout tree are now on
oss. The build number has been bumped so they should install over the
the older rpms.
The installer iso has been rebuilt yet again since the bad prefix caused
the xfs cmds to not be included in the stage2 image. (which makes it
rather hard to make an XFS file system)

Again I have not tested this iso so please report back success/failures.
