I can't speak officially for SGI on this, but the basic answer is "not
unless there's something in it for SGI." - porting takes time and money
and lawyers, and if there is no return on that investment, SGI is not
going to do it.
re: Windows - CXFS clients and local XFS filesystems are very different
pieces of code.
re: other Unices, if they're not under the GPL, SGI won't do it, since
that would mean various undesirable things like competitors picking up
XFS code for use in their OS. Again, there is no good business reason
for SGI to do this.
If there were some other GPL'd OS, someone could take the GPL'd XFS code
and port it. SGI probably won't, back to the problem of return on
investment.
If some other Unix vendor wanted to _pay_ SGI for the rights to use XFS
in their OS, that might be a different story.
Again, these are my personal impressions, not the official stance of
SGI.
