Where is the 2.4.19-pre9 or 10 patch?

I need the 2.4.19-pre10 patch (or -pre9) because I just got a new Palm
M515, support for which first appears in 2.4.19-pre2. Do I have to get
it from CVS, or is there a tar ball somewhere? (Or should I wait for the
release of 2.4.19? Any indication as to how far away it is?)
