Hi!
Because the via ide driver has changed, the earlier kernels has allowed
me to switch to udma4 mode without error (my bios recognizes my drive as
udma4 capable, so it's another issue, why the latest via driver won't
notice the bios). I have written a letter to Andre Hedrick, the ide
maintainer, but he hasn't answered yet.
