The output from xfs_check might provide some insight also.

I'm not sure that a "working non-sim xfs_repair" is going to
prove useful yet - the part which doesn't work currently is the
write path & since repair shares much of this code with the
kernel, anything broken in the kernel already is quite likely
to also be broken in repair.
