I have XFS with Samba 2.2-CVS and ACL-support working.
Make sure you have a recent version of the XFS support libraries
(libacl). There have been a lot of changes in Samba after the 2.2.0
release, so you might want to wait for 2.2.1 or get a current CVS version.
